CPD Support:

Workshops to assist you and your Department in the Development and Delivery of Creative Systems and Control Electronics at K.S.3 and Beyond.

These sessions aim to support schools/colleges introducing or developing their department’s Systems and Control electronics provision at K.S.3 and beyond.

We aim to provide you with latest teaching materials and new ideas to build confidences and competences:

For example at Key Stage 3 level we can offer:

A systematic teaching and learning programme to provide progression across Key Stage 3.
An outline of the pertinent current National Curriculum expectations.
A discussion of the definition of National Curriculum “Creativity” and QCA’s views on “Creativity in Action”.
The use of a "system’s approach" to broaden the hands-on opportunities within D and T electronics and how to manage these activities successfully.
Example Systems/Electronics projects to take away and use with Year 7 ,Year 8 and Year 9
An opportunity for hands-on use of QuickLink’s “Project Tools” and ready-to-use "Out of the Box" programme.
