Course Cancellation

 Course Cancellation Policy:

1 – Cancellation by school holding the course: 

If the course is cancelled within 12 working days of the training date then the school may hold it on an alternative date, within the same or following term. Should they choose to not do this then the standard training fee will still be payable.

1 – By a visiting school attending the host school.

If a visiting school cancels within 12 working days of the training date then the fee will still be chargable to their school. If you are unable to attend we recommend that you consider asking a colleague to go in your place.
Non-attendance on the day will incur the full department fee.

3 – By course provider: 

QuickLink Systems will only cancel courses: when there are insufficient applicants or attendees, in the case of tutor illness, when the host school cancels or major travel difficulties prevent the tutor attending an event.  

4 – Due to Bad Weather:

If the cancellation is due to extreme bad weather the following charging policy applies: 

  • If QuickLink Systems cancels the course, there will be no cost to the delegate(s).
  • If the delegate cancels the place or does not attend, but the course still goes ahead, QuickLink Systems will recover all overhead costs incurred, e.g. travel expenses, catering and venue costs.
