Creator Bundle 2+ expands on the fundamentals delivered with Creator Bundle 2. Extra software modules and PIC hardware, provide opportunities for investigating and designing more complex systems based on a range of additional components and subsystems.
Project Tools’ extra software modules introduce:
1, Extended Systems and Subsystems
A research library of 14 input, process and output subsystems is used to investigate a greater range of devices, such as the 555 timer, Op Amp Comparator, RC networks etc.
A set of 14 ready-designed example systems/activities is provided, with a quick search index, so that these systems and components can be easily selected and investigated in greater depth.
The library of subsystems also forms the building blocks used in the new OnTrack system design tool – where projects, up to 5-stages, can be designed with one click; showing circuit diagrams + testing points, “expandable” pcb masks/legends and parts lists for ordering. (read more)
2, PIC Circuits and Systems This additional design tool allows PIC circuits to be either designed for modelling with SmartStart and PICPOD or for making with the PIC Project Board. It generates individual project guides similar in layout to those produced with Project Tools’ SmartStart design tool.(read more)
It is ideal for class/teacher/demonstration use and for developing schemes of work. Bundle 2+ is suitable for ages 11-16+ or for those furthering their understanding of electronics. See pink tabs above and below for further details.
